Referrals by KHP and KHP Country Homes

Where applicable we may refer buyers to Simply Conveyancing, Homden Property Lawyers or Taylor Rose. It is the buyer’s decision whether they choose to deal with any of these companies. Should the buyer decide to use any of them they should know that we would receive a referral fee of £100 – £200 from them for recommending you to them should the transaction complete.

Where applicable we may refer buyers to Crabtree Consulting and/or AFP Partnership. It is the buyer’s decision whether they choose to deal with Crabtree or AFP. Should the buyer decide to use Crabtree and AFP they should know that we would receive a referral fee of 25% and 20% of their residual fee respectively for recommending you to them should the transaction complete.

New Homes

KHP have a dedicated new homes office that specialises in the sale of new homes (either off plan or constructed) and supporting developers from the point of concept through to build.
