If you are not happy with any part of our dealings with you as a client please speak to us and we will endeavour to resolve your issue. If however, you feel the need to complain formally please follow the procedure below.
Put your complaint in writing to the manager of the office which relates to the complaint.
We will respond within 3 working days to confirm receipt.
We will respond within 15 working days with our final response.
