We do not use call centres so you have consistency with actual staff, you can meet. With more staff we can offer a better service and more opportunity to sell or let. We have our own page for each branch on the property websites, so our properties are easier for buyers to find and compare. Online and franchise agencies put all their properties on one page, nationally. With a mailing list we can be proactive and approach buyers, we are not sitting waiting for the phone to ring like online agents.
